Scholars arrive at Leicester Railway Station, Leicester St Margaret's Bus Station or East Midlands Airport with Courtesy Coach Transport to the Registration Office at Devonshire Place, (The Freemasons' Hall), 78 London Road, Leicester LE2 0RA
Scholars are allocated to their Hosts who travel by private car to their homes
Evening spent with hosts at their homes
Morning Sightseeing and/or Shopping with Hosts and their family
1.45 pm Hosts deliver Scholars to National Space Science Centre
2.00 pm Visit the National Space Science Centre and the Leicester Museum of Science & Technology at Abbey Pumping Station
5.30 pm Transfer by Coach to Leicester University
6.00 pm Meal in the Belvoir Suite, Charles Wilson Building, Leicester University
Followed by a BARN DANCE

10.30 pm Hosts to pick up Scholars and return home for the night
9.15 am Hosts Deliver Scholars with overnight bags/luggage and a packed lunch
9.15 am Coffee
9.45 am BUSINESS SESSION including a Welcome from District 1070 Governor (09-10) Dick Parsley and an Address by Vice President of Rotary International in Britain & Ireland (09-10) Jim Moulson
